Yes. It will require 73 parts of the Sniper II frame from H,I, J, E1, E2,B and the PC runners.

Could you use a different GM kit like the GM Custom?
Answer
While most of the GM kits, after the 2.0 version was released, use some of the same runners for the inner frame, there is a slight variation to the MG GM Sniper II frame that gives it its unique appearance. Best to play it safe.
